1. Institutional Entity

Agiphi Inc. is a Wyoming Statutory Close Corporation. These terms govern the provision of technical mandates, advisory services, and access to the Veridence reasoning engine. All engagements are strictly institutional and intended for professional capital allocators and transaction sponsors.

2. Mandate Scope & Execution

All mandates (Veridence Core Audit, Managed Diligence, and Continuous Governance) are executed according to the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Marketplace Private Offer approved by the authorized principal.

• Accuracy: Veridence outputs are technical assertions generated by an Agentic Reasoning Engine. They serve as structural evidence to assist professional judgment and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
• Zero-Retention: Users acknowledge that Agiphi does not retain source code at rest, and the purging of a mandate environment is irreversible.

3. Professional Liability

Engagement with Agiphi is subject to the limitation of liability clauses specified in the definitive engagement agreement. Our architecture is designed for "confirmatory diligence" within the context of M&A and institutional asset management.
