1. Algorithm as Auditor

Veridence is an automated forensic engine. All intelligence and liability ratings are the result of deterministic heuristics and agentic reasoning applied to the provided codebase. Agiphi Inc. provides Structural Evidence to assist institutional judgment; we do not provide legal or financial advice. The User retains 100% responsibility for capital allocation decisions.

2. Sovereignty & Shred Protocol

Agiphi operates under a strict Zero-Retention mandate. Upon the delivery of the Material Liability Report (MLR), the ephemeral execution node is cryptographically erased.

• Zero Retention: Agiphi retains no copy of the Client's source code or proprietary metadata after session termination.
• Irreversibility: Users acknowledge that once a mandate environment is shredded, it cannot be re-audited without a new ingestion mandate.

3. Limitation of Liability

Agiphi Inc.’s total liability for any mandate is strictly limited to the Fee Paid for that specific audit. By initiating an engagement, the Client waives all claims to consequential or punitive damages arising from investment outcomes or transaction failures.
