01. Fiduciary & Proprietary Alignment

Agiphi Inc. maintains exclusive ownership of all methodologies deployed via the Veridence Reasoning Engine. This includes, but is not limited to, the Sovereignty Protocol, the Forensic Fragility Index (F), and the Knowledge Silo Index (Gini). These artifacts are protected under the Wyoming Statutory Shield (W.S. 17-25) as proprietary trade secrets and technical frameworks.

02. Scope of Authorized Use

Institutional Implementation

Usage is restricted to authorized principals for the purpose of capital allocation, transaction diligence, and institutional risk discovery. Any unauthorized derivative engine development is strictly prohibited.

Academic & Peer Review

Review of the GHOST-88B protocol is permitted solely via authorized Zenodo DOI artifacts. Reproduction of the reasoning engine or underlying logic gates for commercial gain is a violation of the Mandate Model.

03. Data Sovereignty Posture

The Zero-Retention Posture is a technical guarantee enforced by ephemeral memory enclaves. Agiphi mitigates Auditor-Induced Leakage by geographically locking all reasoning to us-west1 (Oregon). Use of our artifacts constitutes acceptance of our stateless execution philosophy.

Shadow Protocol Disclosure

Detailed technical specifications of the Shadow Protocol (GHOST-88B) are available for institutional review only under a signed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA) with an authorized Forensic Principal.

04. Limitation of Mandate

Agiphi does not grant a transfer of intellectual property rights. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive mandate to utilize Veridence findings for transaction-specific decision support only.
