Veridence is architected as a GCP-native platform, leveraging the hardened global backbone of Google Cloud. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) reflects the enterprise-grade stability of the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) nodes that power our reasoning engine.

99.9% Availability

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for the core Veridence API and mandate provisioning services, excluding scheduled maintenance.

4-Hour Provisioning

Institutional mandate environments can be provisioned and ready for ingestion within 4 hours of scoping approval.

Redundancy & Failover

Our architecture utilizes multi-zonal GKE clusters and auto-healing infrastructure. In the event of a regional impairment, mandate processing can be re-routed to adjacent secondary regions (e.g., us-central1) while maintaining strict VPC Service Control perimeters.
